Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM) uses gentle electrical currents to support cellular repair and accelerate healing. Greetings! I’m Jennifer Washington, a Licensed Massage Therapist and the dedicated founder of Restore & Balance. Since becoming licensed in 2011, I’ve spent over a decade helping clients restore harmony and resilience in their bodies through a deeply personalized, results-driven approach to bodywork. 

 My practice specializes in supporting individuals navigating post-surgical recovery, managing acute and chronic pain, or seeking relief from the burdens of long-term stress. I believe that healing begins with listening — not just to symptoms, but to the whole person. My training spans a comprehensive range of therapeutic modalities, including  Craniosacral Therapy Orthopedic and Neuromuscular Massage Visceral Manipulation Neural Reset Therapy Frequency Specific Microcurrent Medicupping Therapy

Hello, I'm Jamie Kay. I struggled with hand eye coordination, mobility, balance, stability, and insurmountable strength plateaus my whole life. I tried various modalities over the years with limited success, that is, until I found Classical Pilates in 2023. Since then, my health and fitness have improved exponentially and I'm happy to share the Pilates Method with my clients. 

 I work one on one doing Pilates personal training, combining the holistic and practical wisdom of Pilates and contextualizing it in the modern neuro-myofascial understanding of the body and gait cycle. I teach my clients to own their body and practice to improve movement efficiency for better health and physical fitness. I focus on movement quality outcomes- better breathing, circulation, stability, mobility, strength and power. 

 Pilates, taught correctly, is a deep neurological workout as well. In the words of Joseph Pilates, "Our interpretation of physical fitness is the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest & pleasure." In other words, Pilates teaches you how to move in an integrated, fluid fashion, be it going for a walk or more athletic endeavors.
